Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RentalsManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The Service
RentalsManager provides a cloud-based property management platform for landlords and property managers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the platform.
